Bread support

Tell us what happened

Include your app version, device model, and a short description. If you send a screenshot, remove private prayers, notes, group content, email addresses, and invitation links first. Never send your password or sign-in code.

Signing in

Bread requires an account. To get started, enter your email, confirm the 8-digit code sent to it, and create a password. Returning users sign in with their email and password.

After signing in, WEB and KJV reading can work offline. Sharing and new ESV passages need an internet connection. Your personal journal stays on your device; creating an account does not automatically upload it.

Before deleting the app

Your personal journal is stored on your device. Removing Bread can remove those notes, so contact us before trying that as a troubleshooting step.
